Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
At Siskin, we advise exclusively on sell-side Mergers & Acquisitions work and spinouts for small to mid-market companies, particularly in the high tech sector where we can bring our significant IP expertise and experience to bear.

We specialise in the Telecom, Media and Technology sectors providing a range of services relating to Mergers & Acquisitions to corporations and financial investors.
Our services include assistance on deal structuring, negotiation tactics, fund-raising and corporate strategy – delivering an advisory function to the completion of a transaction execution.

Our mandates have included equity transactions, asset sales through to technology transfer. Technology is often core to the types of projects we work with.
The company is able to bring distinct value to its client through its personal relationships with key decision makers in industry, governments, regulators and financial institutions.

Capital Raising

We provide specialist advice both with respect to fund raising and also in preparing companies for the fund raising process. We will often work with our clients to undertake a strategic review of business and assist with financial planning, branding and presentation. We have access to a number of investors with whom we have previously worked and who are willing to deploy capital when it meets their investment criteria. As a result of our previous work experience, knowledge and contacts in the investment community Siskin Capital is able to bring the right investor to any pre-qualified opportunity.

In M&A and capital raising we are able to assist companies in analysing and structuring their financial requirements, creating business plans, and writing their Information Memorandum. We can manage the whole process from inception to final investment and are integrally involved throughout the process.

The partners at Siskin Capital have extensive international corporate finance experience, much of it from their previous careers in blue chip companies and leading investment banks.
